Information for webmasters and hosts
This page explains how Nosled Legal Ops contacts site operators, hosts, and platforms regarding content removal. We aim for clear, verifiable, good-faith notices.
Verification contact
For authority checks, counter-notices, and urgent verification of any notice you received.
Who we are
Nosled Legal Ops assists individuals and businesses with lawful content-removal requests. Counsel partner reviews notices before escalation.
What our notices include
- Identification of the requesting party (or authorised representative)
- URLs and description of the material
- Legal or policy basis (privacy, defamation, copyright, platform rules, etc.)
- Contact email for verification: legal@nosled.com
- Good-faith statement and signature block
How to verify a @nosled.com notice
Before acting on a removal request, confirm it genuinely comes from our team:
- Sender domain — the message must come from an @nosled.com address (typically legal@nosled.com).
- Reference this page — legitimate notices may reference nosled.com/for-webmasters for verification.
- Reply to the same thread — do not use contact details pasted only inside the body; reply to the From address if it is @nosled.com.
- When in doubt — write directly to legal@nosled.com with the notice attached. We confirm or deny within one business day.
- Spoofing — if the visible From address is not @nosled.com, or headers show a different domain, treat the message as unverified.
Our expectations
We respect lawful speech and platform procedures. We do not use deceptive takedown tactics. If you believe a notice is incomplete, tell us — we will clarify or withdraw.
Counter-notice
If you dispute a request, email the same thread or legal@nosled.com with your basis. We review disputes promptly.
